We are not currently accepting manuscripts for publication, unless they are for one of our forthcoming anthologies, or for our online journals. This situation is likely to change over the next six months, however, so stay tuned!
We can assess your proposal for you
While we are not literary agents, we are more than happy to assess your book proposals, and give you feedback on your applications to various publishers.
How much is it?
The cost of assessment on a 1-2 page proposal, with one preliminary chapter of your work (or a detailed precis of academic work) included, is $60.
What do I get out of it?
A publisher's scrutiny of your proposal, with full honest feedback about what works and what doesn't work. You get specific guidelines about improving your proposal, and information about the impression your proposal creates.
We will also provide limited advice if we believe that, from your proposal, your manuscript requires further work.
